Mohammed Marghalani

Mohammed Marghalani is the Chief Franchised Assets Officer at Dan Company, bringing over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry with him. With a strong background in finance and accounting, Marghalani has consistently excelled in improving the financial performance of hotels, leading operational excellence, and enhancing risk assessment scores at renowned hotel chains in Saudi Arabia. His remarkable achievements have earned him a prominent position on the Hotelier Middle East Power 100 List for 2021, Best General Manager for The Ritz-Carlton Company globally on 2023, Finance Person of the Year title at the Middle East Hotelier Awards in 2016, and the General Manager Award for "Financial Excellence" at Marriott Hotels Middle East & Africa in 2013, among other prestigious accolades. Marghalani holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and Tourism Management from the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Bulle, Switzerland, as well as an MBA in Hospitality from EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland. In addition to his impressive academic achievements, he was also selected to participate in the esteemed Misk 2030 Leaders' Program by Esade in 2022.
