TOM STEVENS

As the Vice President of Operations for Rotana, Tom currently oversees more than 50 operating hotels in the EMEA region and more than 20 hotels in pre-opening, including several in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has played a pivotal role in opening and operating hotels in Saudi Arabia over the past decade.

Throughout his career, this Belgian-born professional has worked and resided in numerous countries, primarily in the EMEA region, and has specialized in operational, commercial, and brand management, both on and above-property. He has extensive expertise in pre-opening and repositioning, as well as in strategic formulation, execution, and change management.

Tom is a graduate of Hotelschool Ter Duinen - Koksijde in Belgium. He has an MBA specializing in Change Management, Human Resource Management, Creativity-Innovation, and Change & Organizational Strategy.
