Mina Anziani

With over 15 years of international experience, Mina oversees global operations, executing the company’s strategic vision, driving innovation, and enhancing guest experiences across all properties and projects. Prior to this role, Mina led the company’s Group Special Projects and engineered the bespoke scalability system which enables Kerten Hospitality to scale quickly without losing identity, balancing structure with creative disruption.  

Her background in hospitality, systems, and strategy - including her time at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ EMEA Hospitality & Tourism Center of Excellence - gives her a unique perspective on bridging structure and ingenuity. Mina’s passion for curated, experience-driven hospitality continues to shape her leadership approach and drive impact across the organisation.
