During his youth Chef Ali was inspired by the chef’s success stories around the world, driven by his passion he starts to follow their footsteps and start working in small boutique restaurants in his hometown.

He’s passion took him to dive deeper into the Culinary Arts and joined the prestigious Academy LES Roches in Switzerland taking he’s bachelor’s degree and set forth a new journey in his culinary career making he’s internship in Alinea Restaurant Illinois and he’s Master in USA. Returning to Middle East he joined Kempinski Hotel Red Sea (Egypt) as Chef de Partie working on the Fine dining restaurant Fish INN.

He joined later a Catering Company called ZAD as a Sous-Chef, but he was quickly attracted by the development of Dubai and its culinary diversity where he moved to Dish Dash Restaurant as Head Chef.

He followed his culinary passion and decided to join the love of teaching working for Krafty kitchen as Head of Culinary Department and programs manager at Master Chef Oman Culinary Institute. Recently he joined Zadk Culinary Academy to continues his passion of teaching and to be part of the culinary movement in KSA.
