Ahmed Ereiba realizes his passion for hospitality at his native country in Egypt, that drove him to pursue his studies in the hospitality management advanced with master certificates from Cornell University Ithaca NY, USA while advancing in his career with various professional certificates.  

Ereiba had to instill his vision on the only true luxurious all-suite hotel in Makkah of Raffles Makkah Palace located few steps away from grand mosque with breathtaking views over the Grand Mosque and the Kaaba. Ahmed Ereiba drives an exceptional service to external and internal customers drawing inspiration from the heritage, culture and faith of Saudi Arabia and Middle East.

The hotelier who strategically lead the hotel through orchestrating an exceptional experiences for guests achieving the highest guest satisfaction rates as the best hotel in Makkah surpassing rating in TripAdvisor and booking.com to achieve number 1 position in no time. Despite all the difficult market situation, he managed to raise Guests satisfaction index over the last two years from 91% to 93% YTD while growing Hotel RPS year on yearly basis to 91% in 2018 reaching 95% in 2019.

The veteran spearheaded Raffles Makkah Palace with excellence backed up by 32 years of progressive experience in luxury hotels achieving the best RGI performance of 240.5 from 215 that has never been achieved since the hotel opening, outperformed profit line target for 2018 by 6% despite market conditions.

As a firm believer as a leader in motivating, mentoring, and developing talents, Ahmed Ereiba leadership spurs people to willingly give 100% effort and loyalty. This was surfaced in the colleagues satisfaction rate during the last three years reaching 97% whereas it was 85% when he joined the hotel. His direct interactive direct cross- functional teams using interactive and motivational leadership leverage the overall productivity and efficiency despite reducing hotel team size from 360 to 260 since he stepped in. His people and leadership skills nominated him to lead the jobs localization in many regional countries in UAE, Oman, and lately in Saudi Arabia to contribute achieving the nationalization vision in each country.

    The show is getting better every year. Last year, we signed a deal with Tuscany and this year too we are looking for suppliers. We are the only company in KSA introducing international hotel brands into the country. We are opening Hilton Jeddah in the upcoming months and there is one more hotel in Jeddah in our pipeline.

This is my first visit to the show and it’s great to be here for getting information about hotel equipment and furnishings. Events like these help us a lot to increase our knowledge.

    This is my 3rd visit to The Hotel Show. The reason I visit every year is that I always find something new here. Being in the food industry, it is important to have new ideas and to be updated with new trends. This year, I have been introduced to non-alcoholic beer, which is quite appealing. Over all, the show is a great learning platform.
