FRHI announces two new Fairmont hotels in Morocco and Saudi Arabia

The property will have an 18-hole golf course as well as several restaurants, a lounge and a bar. It will be the brand's second project in the Kingdom Royaume, following the launch of the Fairmont La Marina Rabat-Salé last fall. The latter should open its the doors to its 200 rooms and 90 residences in 2019.
In Saudi Arabia, the Fairmont Al Khobar will make its debut in the primary commercial hub in the Eastern Province of Ash-Sharqiyah, located on the Persian Gulf. After its acquisition by AccorHotels, which should be complete in the middle of this year, FRHI will be an integral part of the sixth largest hotel operator worldwide in terms of number of rooms. According to data published by MKG Consulting, the combined group should have 554,517 rooms.
